Thank you for your feedback on how you experienced the consultation. I'm somewhat amazed about the content. You indicate that you did not get what you wanted / needed during the consultation. That surprises me, because at the start of a consultation we always ask what the problem is what you wish to adress and how you experience your physical and mental health. Then together we can set the right goal and on what time line. When I look in your file, that has been correctly discussed. Based on this information you left home with a number of advices / assignments in order to tackle your problem. I regret that I did not hear from you for over five months and that suddenly a negative review appears on the internet. If you are unsatisfied, it would have been so much better if you contacted me so we could have discussed what went wrong in your opinion. We probably would have sorted it out. Moreover, it is a pitty that you mention the cost inaccurate in your review. The rates can be found on our website. The costs of the consultation were calculated correctly, as we always do. It might be possible that the information about the reimbursement from the insurance was not clear though. When a first appointment is made by phone, we always mention the insurance and explain how things are arranged. You also find this information on our website. In addition, we try to have a double check at the start of the conversation to see if you are well informed about the insurance and the reimbursement of costs. We also do not want you to be confronted with unpleasant surprises. Because I am confident that I acted with integrity and had the impression that we had a good conversation with clear advices, I really regret that you left our meeting with an opposite feeling.
